Join in the 11th Annual Coquitlam Crunch Challenge for Diversity! 100% of the proceeds go to the Community Diversity Fund.

Participate with friends and family or go solo in one of the three event categories:

(1) The Stair Master – A timed event up the west stair
(2) Make It Or Break It – The 4-hour endurance challenge where the goal is to do as many loops of the Crunch as possible in the time given
(3) Recreational – Open to everyone of all skill levels to enjoy the Crunch.
