His deeply reflective narratives speak about the resilience and perseverance he has found\, while pursuing his dreams as a singer-songwriter. \nSaid the Whale(headliner\, 7:30 – 9 p.m.): Said The Whale have earned their place in the Canadian music pantheon. They’ve won a Juno Award\, topped the alternative radio chart\, and amassed a devoted base of fans who affectionately describe themselves as “SaidHeads” — all the while maintaining their resolute independent spirit.

DESCRIPTION:K-pop burst onto the Korean music scene in the 90s with Seo Taiji and the Boys\, and has since grown throughout the past decades into the international cultural powerhouse it is today. But what is the history of the early Korean music that influenced and gave rise to K-pop?
