DESCRIPTION:Registration for Summer Fun! begins on Sunday\, April 18 at 7:00 am for online registration and 1:00 pm in-person or by phone. \nFrom July 5 – August 13\, 2021 take part in the arts!  This year\, Place des Arts is offering summer programming with both online and in-person options for camps\, as well as music and dance opportunities. \nOur 90-minute Hybrid Camps for ages 5-7\, 8-12 and 11-14 will be taught by our amazing Summer Fun! teachers\, and students have the option of attending in-person at Place des Arts or online via Zoom. This format includes a variety of visual and performing arts classes\, providing you flexibility and choice. Sign up for one or two camps per week. \nOur Day Camps are full day\, in-person camps for ages 7-10. Each week is filled with fun and engaging visual and performing arts classes for up to twenty campers per week.

Operating under covid19 protocols\, the Farmers Market offers a safe\, open air\, shopping experience. Discover the bounty of BC produce and diversity of locally produced foods\, while being entertained by local musicians. \nIt’s important to note that this year’s location is moving across the street from its usual spot at Poirier and Winslow\, which must make way for a vaccination clinic. Simply drive to the same area and you’ll see the market set up at its new location between the Poirier Sport & Leisure Centre and the library. You’ll also see plenty of signage pointing you in the right direction – with ample parking available. We also encourage you to walk or bike to the market if you are able to and don’t forget about the newly opened King Albert Greenway that provides an easy East-West connection right to the new location.
