This year, Coquitlam’s free Kaleidoscope Arts Festival returns Aug.19 to 21 with live, interactive arts and music at three different parks – kicked off Friday night with an outdoor concert by two-time JUNO award winner Dan Mangan, followed by two full days of engaging, inclusive arts and cultural programming at other key locations in Coquitlam.
